Eiche Immobilien GmbH is a growing real estate company with a focus on the Northwest Switzerland. We professionally support owners in marketing and selling their properties.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced professional from the real estate sector, ideally someone who has already worked as a real estate agent and is familiar with the Swiss real estate market.

Your tasks

• Independent acquisition of properties and sales mandates in Northwest Switzerland
• Acquisition of new clients as well as building and maintaining your own network
• Professional advice and support for property owners and prospective buyers
• Conducting and coordinating viewings
• Leading sales and price negotiations
• Creating and preparing property advertisements and sales documents
• Active marketing of the acquired properties
• Accompanying owners and prospective buyers from first contact to successful sale completion
• Monitoring and assessing the regional real estate market

Your profile

For this position, we are specifically looking for a person who already has experience in the real estate sector.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in the Swiss real estate sector
• Professional experience as a real estate agent or in acquisition and brokerage of properties is a great advantage
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Northwest Switzerland
• An existing regional network is an advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional and convincing manner
• Enjoyment of acquisition and direct customer contact
• Independent, structured and entrepreneurial working style
• Very good German language skills
• Category B driving licence and own vehicle

Compensation model

The activity is without fixed salary and on a success basis.

You independently acquire property mandates in Northwest Switzerland and accompany them until successful sale. Upon a successful completion, you will be appropriately involved in the achieved success.

The position is particularly suitable for experienced, sales-strong and entrepreneurial-minded real estate professionals who want to work independently and actively shape their income through their personal performance.
