To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who actively shapes our personnel acquisition. You recruit specialists for our three Spitex organisations as well as for our external clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with a focus on healthcare.

• Independent recruitment of specialists in healthcare
• Managing the entire recruiting process from job posting to contract signing
• Active sourcing and direct approach of suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and supporting applicants throughout the entire process
• Recruitment for our three Spitex organisations as well as for external clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Close collaboration with line managers and clients
• Co-design and further development of our recruiting strategies

• Experience in recruiting or personnel acquisition, ideally in healthcare
• Enjoy bringing people together and building sustainable relationships
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High initiative, motivation and a "hands-on" mentality
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident and professional appearance
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
