Senior Agile Test Engineer

Your Tasks

As an Agile Test Engineer, you are responsible within an agile development team for ensuring software quality. You develop test strategies, create test cases, and perform manual tests. In addition, you coordinate testing activities and work closely with the team and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the highest quality standards.

• Test Excellence: You take responsibility for manual testing and the development of an effective test strategy. Your task is to ensure that our software always meets the highest quality standards.
  
• Coordination: You plan and coordinate testing activities that go beyond the development team to ensure that our products are thoroughly tested from an end-to-end perspective.
  
• Collaboration: You work closely with the Product Owner, the entire development team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the requirements and expectations of our customers.
  
• Test Case Creation: You create test cases from requirements, features, and user stories and execute them diligently to ensure that our software functions smoothly.
  
• Acceptance Criteria: You actively contribute to the verification of both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria and ensure that the products meet the highest standards.
  

Your Profile

• University Degree: You have a university degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
  
• Passion for Quality: You are passionate about software quality assurance and testing and always strive for improvement.
  
• Experience: You bring experience as an Agile Test Engineer and are familiar with the latest developments in software development.
  
• Agile Expertise: You are familiar with modern agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe as well as the associated tools.
  
• Team Player: You are an outstanding team player but can also work independently and have excellent communication skills.
  
• Language Skills: You are proficient in German and English and/or French to communicate effectively with national and international teams and customers.
  
• Joy at Work: You love what you do and bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to your tasks.
