Accurate performance recording is the basis for reliable billing. In the performance management of Limmattal Hospital, you take on a responsible role at the interface between the hospital, clinical support, and invoicing.
We are looking for a committed individual who enjoys paying close attention, recognising connections, and competently supporting our clinics with questions regarding performance recording.
This is where you get involved
- You ensure the quality of outpatient performance recording in the clinics and areas assigned to you
- You check recorded services for completeness, plausibility, and tariff accuracy and independently make necessary corrections
- You process and correct services in the ERP system as well as in the recording tool IBI-care
- You identify optimisation potential, contribute your ideas, and support the continuous development of processes
- You work closely with the performance managers and support invoicing in resolving process and validator errors
- With your careful and solution-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to accurate, complete, and efficient performance recording and billing
You
- have basic knowledge of performance management and are interested in the connections between performance recording and billing
- possess solid user knowledge of ERP systems, performance recording tools, and Windows
- work carefully, reliably, and with quality awareness and enjoy detecting errors and inconsistencies and finding solutions
- maintain an overview even in a varied and demanding workday and demonstrate resilience and flexibility
- consider constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration a matter of course
