Head of Secretariat Physical Medicine and Rheumatology 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Leadership and coordination of the secretariat team, including personnel deployment planning, monitoring of working hours and conducting employee appraisals
- Support in the recruitment process and induction of new employees
- Organisation and minute-taking of team and secretariat meetings
- VIP management and expense accounting for the chief physician
- Organisation and coordination of outpatient clinic operations including appointment scheduling
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as correspondence, mail processing, as well as drafting and editing reports
- Supporting a smooth workflow in the outpatient clinic daily routine
Your profile
- Commercial/medical background with several years of professional experience in a clinical environment
- Several years of leadership experience required or several years of professional experience in a secretariat, ideally in a leadership role
- Excellent organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong social and communication skills as well as a confident and assertive manner
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications and ideally with the performance recording system KISIM and the time recording system PEP
