Introduction

We are looking for a strong leadership and future-oriented personality who will be responsible for and actively further develop our technical organisation throughout Switzerland. In this key position, you will report directly to the CEO and help shape the technological future of Dallmayr Vending & Office Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• You develop the technical strategy and drive the further development of our machine fleet.
• You are responsible for the evaluation and introduction of new machines, technologies, and technical solutions.
• You manage payment systems, connectivity, and IoT, and identify potentials of new technologies such as AI for our processes and services.
• You define uniform technical standards, processes, and quality requirements throughout Switzerland.
• You lead your own team as well as the regional technical managers and promote collaboration between our branches.
• You lead technical and cross-departmental projects and work closely with sales, manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Technical education or degree, e.g. in engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics.
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable technical role.
• Good knowledge of machines, IoT, connected systems, and digital technologies; knowledge of AI and payment systems is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, flexibility, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• High social and communication skills as well as an appreciative and motivating leadership style.
• German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language; Italian is an advantage. High willingness to perform and readiness for regular travel within Switzerland.
• Category B driving licence
