Your Contribution
- Support and accompany sick or injured persons in complex personal injury cases (UVG, daily sickness benefits, liability as well as BVG). Provide information and advice to clients and their relatives
- Initiate, coordinate and evaluate individual support plans
- Coordinate treatment concepts, collaborate with medical professionals to plan and organize treatments
- Advise employers in case of illness/accident of employees
- Organize, plan and lead rehabilitation conferences as well as accompany sustainable professional reintegration measures
- Coordinate insurance benefits (interface between the many insurance branches involved in claims such as UVG, daily sickness benefits, liability, IV and BVG, etc.)
- Collaborate with all parties involved in the case (legal representation, union, social welfare office, etc.)
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- University of applied sciences degree in CAS Case Management (there is the possibility to complete this training afterwards)
- Professional diplomas as social insurance specialist or private insurance specialist
- Extensive professional experience in personal injury and case management
- Communicative and solution-oriented personality
- Networked thinking
- Independent, goal-oriented work and assertiveness
- Very good English skills, as independent conduct of case management conversations in English must be ensured
