Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a responsible position in finance and accounting. You will independently manage the accounting of several companies and ensure a structured and correct handling of financial processes. Furthermore, you analyse relevant financial data, support internal departments with accounting issues, and contribute to the further development of existing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• You independently manage the financial accounting of various companies and ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• You review the statements for plausibility, analyse financial developments, and prepare relevant deviations in a comprehensible manner

• You support internal contacts with professional questions in accounting and accompany topics related to invoicing

• You identify optimisation potentials and contribute to the digitalisation and automation of existing financial processes

• You coordinate the necessary preparations for external audits and professionally accompany the audit work

• You participate in various projects in finance and accounting and contribute your expertise purposefully

Qualifications:

• You have a solid education or further training in finance and accounting, ideally with a Swiss federal diploma, or possess a comparable practical qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in finance and are very familiar with the independent preparation of financial statements

• You work confidently with Excel and have a strong affinity for digital solutions and IT systems

• Knowledge of Abacus, project management and billing, international companies, transfer pricing, or controlling is an advantage

• You have very good German skills; good English skills are an additional plus
