Our new building is taking shape – now you will accompany the next crucial construction phase as a coordination talent.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. The new building is already well advanced and the first moves are underway. Now it is a matter of carefully coordinating and accompanying the renovation of the existing buildings.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable and committed person as Project Coordination Construction and Renovation Phase (fixed-term until May 2027, with option for extension or permanent employment) (m/f/d).

This is how you support us:
- You coordinate the various works and parties involved during the construction and renovation phase and ensure that information reaches the right people at the right time
- You keep an eye on deadlines, tasks and outstanding items, coordinate the next steps and follow up consistently if necessary
- You organise meetings, prepare minutes and record decisions, tasks and responsibilities in a comprehensible manner
- You coordinate clarifications with internal departments, specialists, craftsmen, suppliers and other external partners
- You prepare information and decision-making bases for the responsible bodies.
- You recognise open points and possible challenges early and actively bring them up for clarification
- You support organisational tasks around the conversion phase and pitch in where needed
This is how you convince us:
- You are studying or have completed a degree (university/FH) in business administration, economics or a comparable field or have an equivalent education with relevant professional experience
- You bring experience in project and process management, ideally in construction, conversion or healthcare
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and have a pronounced organisational talent
- You are administratively skilled and confident in using Microsoft Office
- You communicate clearly and reliably and enjoy working with different stakeholders
- You are flexible and resilient and keep an overview even during a dynamic conversion phase
- You like to pitch in, take responsibility and ensure that tasks and outstanding items are consistently followed up
