For our client, a dynamic SME in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk 60-80% to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is newly available due to a retirement. In a two-person team, you will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting and be the contact person for the external fiduciary office. Flat hierarchies, a first-name culture across all levels, and home office after the probation period make this position particularly attractive.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independently managing accounts payable and accounts receivable including payment transactions and dunning
• Responsible for payroll including reporting personnel changes to social insurance
• Reconciling accounts as well as preparing monthly and annual financial statements and VAT returns
• You act as the interface to the external fiduciary office

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in accounting form your professional basis
• You communicate confidently in German; spoken French skills are an advantage as part of the clientele comes from Western Switzerland
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with MyFactory or comparable accounting software
• Your independent, precise, and reliable working style distinguishes you; discretion in handling sensitive data is a matter of course for you
