For our residential group in the Adlergarten Retirement Home, which offers a well-kept home to around 160 residents, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until the end of June 2027 with a prospect of permanent employment, for a competent and cheerful personality. Your Tasks

Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key worker system

Responsible for a contemporary nursing process

Analysing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them

Contributing to the development of nursing quality and the residential group

Working in early, late and night shifts

Your Profile

Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH is a prerequisite!

High social competence, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience

Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style

Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German

Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably also RAI knowledge)
