From July 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking to supplement our team with your support as a Procedural Assistant (80 - 100%).
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You independently manage the secretariat. You are responsible for organizing and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions and maintain contact with authorities, parties, and third parties. Periodically, about 4-5 weekends per year, you perform on-call duty together with your public prosecutors. The role requires independence, precise work, and good collaboration.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and flawless, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and a pronounced organizational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in the proceedings and interface partners.
