Your tasks
- Enabling self-determination and participation in everyday living according to Functional Health
- Supporting people of different ages with cognitive and psychological disabilities, with a focus on emotional development
- Supporting them in their diverse areas of life in various living and day-structure settings
- Continuous development and review of previous living and support settings considering inclusion
- Organisational and professional leadership of client processes as well as interdisciplinary collaboration
- Active participation and involvement in the educational specialist area
- Willingness for on-call, evening and weekend duties
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable field
- Ability to recognise and promote inclusion potentials in the support setting
- Differentiated and reflective handling of boundary violations (Grisons Standard)
- Interest, joy and active participation in team and attitude development
- Open, innovative and humorous personality with enthusiasm for change
- Resilience, flexibility and efficiency
- Independent working style with high personal responsibility
