Your Tasks

Planning of consultation appointments using the resource and activity planning programme (RAP), up to sending out invitations to the parents, falls within your area of responsibility.
Daily telephone and email contact with patients’ parents as well as internal and external offices shapes your working day.
You support our doctors in the department with administrative, coordinating and organisational tasks.
You transcribe reports of all kinds from eDictation.
Various administrative tasks, either independently or on instruction, complete your range of duties.

Your Profile

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant and/or Medical Secretary with proven professional experience
Cheerful, friendly and service-oriented
Organisational talent with precise and efficient working methods
Team player, communicative and solution-oriented
Confident oral and written German and English skills
