Therefore, the Ostermundigen Medical Centre brings together various specialist fields in one location. Our team of doctors and treatment staff is thus well networked and coordinates individual patient care by better aligning the individual treatment steps. This allows us to offer prevention and health promotion as well as outpatient therapies.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and organised medical secretary or a comparably qualified professional with experience in gastroenterology, especially in reception and organisational areas.

Job Description
- Patient reception and first point of contact by phone and on site
- Coordination and organisation of appointments and patient summons
- Management of patient admission, master data maintenance, and practice administration
- Close collaboration with doctors and assistant staff to prepare gastroenterological examinations
- Communication with referring parties and external institutions
- Conducting breath tests (after introduction)
Qualifications
- Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA), medical secretary, or comparable qualification
- Experience in gastroenterology is an advantage
- Enjoyment of direct contact with patients and a professional demeanour
- Excellent organisational skills and resilience in everyday practice
- Confident use of practice software and MS Office
- Discretion, reliability, and ability to work in a team
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- English and French language skills are an advantage
