Your Role

You don’t just want to manage projects, but shape an entire business area? Based on our experience as general planners in building and bridge construction, you will help develop our infrastructure construction division and give it a face. You will take on the engineer-led overall management of complex infrastructure projects in the transport and energy sectors, lead interdisciplinary teams, and be the central contact person for clients and authorities. With entrepreneurial acumen, you will sustainably anchor our infrastructure expertise in the market.

The position is available at our locations in Zurich or Chur.

Your Tasks

• Engineer-led overall management of infrastructure projects according to SIA 103 in the fields of transport and energy
• Development and further advancement of the infrastructure construction business area, including standards, processes, and organisation
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality across all project phases
• Leadership of the planning team as well as coordination of external specialist planners and experts
• Central contact person for clients, authorities, and project participants
• Market development: identifying target customers, acquisition and building references, as well as maintaining partner networks

Your Profile

• Experience in managing demanding construction, infrastructure, or planning projects as well as relevant expertise in a technical or planning field
• Interest and willingness to take on responsibility in overall management and lead interdisciplinary project teams in the future
• Enjoy working with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and contractors
• Good knowledge of SIA service models, especially SIA 103
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for developing a business area
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
