Pastoral Position

The Evangelical Reformed Church Community Wädenswil has around 6000 members. In the team of five pastors with 360 percent positions, a position is being newly filled due to retirement.

We expect from you:

• a completed theology degree with a certificate of eligibility
• in addition to taking on basic pastoral duties, the desire to set your own priorities depending on talent and response from the congregation
• that you are oriented towards people in your attitude based on the Gospel
• that you enjoy being on the way with people and exploring the sacred with them in many ways
• that you can build bridges between different life worlds, age groups, and topics that concern and move people
