As a Shared Service Specialist, you are a central hub between customers, sales, technical teams, and internal departments. You ensure the smooth running of administrative and commercial processes and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction.

This is what your job looks like

• Carrying out the entire billing process including the creation and dispatch of operational invoices
• Checking, approving, and billing service efforts
• Managing projects and services in the time tracking system
• Coordinating and processing customer enquiries
• Ensuring order processing and monitoring delivery dates
• Checking supplier invoices
• Maintaining and managing customer data
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• General administrative support for departments

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanour
• High level of personal responsibility and organisational talent
• Enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
• Resilience and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
