Your tasks
- Receiving invoices (separate email address / paper documents)
- Importing into the workflow, assigning to orderers
- Ensuring timely and correct invoice processing
- Managing / monitoring the internal accounts payable workflow until document posting
- Supporting employees with questions about the invoice and approval process
- Maintaining supplier and accounts payable master data
- Handling reminders and clarifying discrepancies with internal and external contacts
- Creating / executing weekly payment runs
- Participating in finance projects and supporting system adjustments and process optimisations
- Adhering to internal guidelines and quality standards in the accounts payable process
Your profile
- Commercial training with several years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience in payment transactions, dunning, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
- Very good ERP and Excel skills (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central)
- Knowledge of internal control systems, compliance, and VAT
- Strong numerical affinity as well as structured and independent working style
- Process and project understanding with a focus on optimisation and further development
- Communicative, reliable, and team-oriented personality
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial data
