KAPAG Kälte-Wärme AG was founded in 1971 and has been a manufacturer of heat pumps and refrigeration machines for over 50 years. In addition to customised systems from our own production, we also offer renowned brands in the refrigeration, heating and air conditioning sectors, primarily for the building technology industry. We are expanding our dedicated service team and are looking to appoint a Refrigeration Technician as Service Engineer (m/f/d) Your contribution to success:- Responsible for independently and customer-friendly performing service, maintenance, fault and repair work on refrigeration systems and heat pumps
- Delivery of refrigeration machines and heat pumps into machine rooms and their final assembly and installation
- Repairs and conversions on defective refrigeration machines and heat pumps
- Assembly and conversion of refrigeration technology systems
- Professional and high-quality installation of our systems
- Assembly of refrigeration machines and heat pumps in the company workshop
- Professional pipe installation and cable laying
- Professional and technical customer advice as well as instruction
- Accurate recording of maintenance and fault data
- Transfer of practical knowledge and skills to trainee refrigeration system fitters
- Periodic on-call duty according to deployment plan
- Responsible for correct stock management of own vehicle stock as well as completeness and readiness of tool equipment
- Compliance with quality requirements and deadlines
- Completed apprenticeship as refrigeration system fitter EFZ
- Technical further training in building services engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge in maintenance, repair, servicing as well as measurement, control and regulation technology
- Precise and result-oriented working method with high professional competence
- Independent and dynamic personality with enjoyment of customer contact
- Confident, friendly and professional appearance
- Outgoing and communicative personality, team player with high social competence
- Solution-oriented thinking as well as order and quality awareness
- Driving licence category B
