Your tasks
- You ensure administrative personnel tasks from entry to exit in collaboration with the HR department management and payroll specialists.
- You are the first point of contact for supervisors and employees regarding employment questions.
- You support internal departmental optimization projects and take responsibility for processes.
- You plan, organize, and coordinate internal training sessions and events.
- You create lists/reports and perform various administrative tasks.
- You code the internal departmental invoices.
Your profile
- You are an HR specialist with a federal professional certificate.
- You have several years of experience in personnel administration and quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
- You are service-oriented and approach changes with a positive attitude.
- Confident use of various IT tools is natural for you, and you are open to digital transformation.
