Your tasks
- You are responsible for advising, supporting, and financially assisting individuals and families within the framework of statutory social assistance.
- You accompany people in various life situations on their path to social and professional integration.
- You collaborate with internal and external specialist agencies, social insurances, and authorities.
- You are administratively supported by caseworkers, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist departments (legal service, work and education specialist unit, integration and housing specialist unit), and work together with your colleagues in the team.
Your profile
- You have a university of applied sciences degree in social work or an equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by a subject-specific further education.
- You have already gained initial professional experience in economic social assistance.
- You treat all people with appreciation and can handle different expectations.
- You are experienced in administrative tasks and dealing with numbers.
- You are used to working independently, are an organizational talent, and decisive.
