HSE specialist (a)

Your tasks:
- Identification of hazards present in the company and verification of the implementation and effectiveness of action plans
- Coordination of accident, incident, and other safety-related event management, cause analysis, and establishment of corrective measures
- Regular checks of operational activities and verification of compliance with legal requirements as well as ISS and our clients' directives regarding MSST, environmental protection
- Keeping HSE control activities up to date
- Active participation in continuous improvement for HSE aspects (material, equipment, PPE, ...)
- Promotion within teams of the organization's national QHSE policy
- Support to the Swiss Romandy HSE management in developing a health and safety culture among employees
- Identification of training needs on HSE topics and conducting internal training in the field
- Participation in internal and/or external audits
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFST safety officer training
- Adult instructor training (an asset)
- Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years)
- French C1 minimum
- Good knowledge of English/German (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Driving license required
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Methodical and rigorous work approach
- Proactive personality with a strong customer orientation
- Good communicator, comfortable with internal and external stakeholders
