Project Manager: Funding 80%
In this versatile role, you will review and support funding projects, prepare decision-making bases for management and the board of trustees, and ensure the quality and controlling of the supported initiatives. You will liaise with funding partners, support projects both substantively and administratively, and help ensure that insights from funded projects become visible and usable. Additionally, you will contribute to public-facing documentation, commission evaluations and expert reports, and promote knowledge transfer between practice, the professional world, and the public.
For this role, you bring several years of experience in project funding, ideally in the Swiss foundation, health, or social sector, or in collaboration with funding foundations. You hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in social sciences or a comparable qualification. You are familiar with issues related to ageing and quickly familiarise yourself with new subject areas. Personally, you convince with empathy, humour, systemic thinking, as well as a networked, careful, and solution-oriented working style.
