Then we are looking for you to strengthen our communications team immediately or by arrangement.
Communication and Digital Media Officer 70–80%
What you will achieve
- Independent planning and implementation of communication projects from concept to publication.
- Responsibility for planning, managing and further developing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Planning, creating and sending the monthly newsletter.
- Conceptualising and designing visual content for digital and printed channels, especially images, graphics, layout and video.
- Maintenance and further development of the website.
- Creation and editing of content for association communication in German and French, especially for mailings, news and publications.
You bring with you
- Training or studies in communication, marketing, design or a comparable field.
- Confidence in using social media and a good sense for target group-appropriate communication.
- Design skills and experience in visual content production with images, graphics, layout and video as well as confident use of Canva and common image and video editing tools.
- High digital competence and interest in web tools, CMS (ideally Typo3) and newsletter tools (ideally Mautic).
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good to very good French skills (C1); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- High initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving topics forward independently.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and active, open exchange.
- Open, outgoing personality and enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas.
- Flexibility and self-management skills to keep an overview even with diverse tasks and to work independently and responsibly.
