Lawyer / Legal Counsel Building and Spatial Development Department

80% to 100% workload

Your tasks

• Independent handling of complaints/objections in building and planning matters
• Preparation of decisions for the Government Council and Department
• Legal advice and support for offices in complex legal issues
• Participation in legislative projects and responding to political initiatives
• Support for the Department Secretary in planning, coordination and review of departmental matters

Requirements

• University degree in law (MLaw/lic.iur.)
• Interest in building, planning and administrative law
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Analytical strength and decision-making ability
