What you can achieve
- You ensure that all trucks are ready on time for loading and unloading and monitor compliance with the cold chain to guarantee the high quality of our products.
- As an experienced driver, you responsibly carry out shuttle trips within the framework of Emmi's internal transport, ensuring a smooth flow of goods.
- You take care of order and cleanliness in the ramp and transshipment area and maintain the work equipment entrusted to you, especially the yard tractor.
- You support logistical activities such as loading and unloading, vehicle preparation (e.g., pre-cooling), as well as departure and arrival tasks.
- If necessary, you also assist in other areas and take on additional tasks according to the instructions of your supervisors or coordinators.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management and hold a category C/CE driving license.
- You are familiar with handling refrigerated vehicles and shift work (early, late, or night shifts) and work reliably according to operational procedures.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and communicate clearly and respectfully within the team.
- Orderliness, personal responsibility, and careful handling of vehicles and work equipment are a matter of course for you.
- Even under time pressure, you remain calm, focused, and contribute to a smooth process with your flexibility.
