What to expect
- You manage the entire recruiting process, from pre-selection of applications through interviews to successful contract signing.
- You recruit for exciting and diverse profiles, from IT and project management roles to specialist and leadership positions in the claims area.
- As a trusted sparring partner, you advise managers on all questions related to recruiting and talent acquisition.
- You develop target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- You bring experience in active sourcing and know how to specifically address talents and enthuse them for Generali.
- You work closely with our HR interfaces, especially with HR business partners, the employee centre and employer branding.
- You take responsibility in projects and initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of our recruiting processes and tools.
What you bring with you
- Swiss Federal HR Certificate or a comparable qualification.
- At least two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a comparable function.
- Enjoyment in exchanging with a wide variety of people as well as strong networking and communication skills.
- High service orientation as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working.
- Networked thinking, solution orientation and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions.
- Fluent German, French and English skills, both spoken and written.
