We are looking for a personality as
Property Management Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You manage a portfolio of residential properties, condominium ownership and rental units
- You are the contact person for condominium owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretaking
- You prepare incoming repair orders
- You open new rental contracts as well as changes in our system
- You prepare heating, ancillary cost statements and annual accounts
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training in the real estate sector
- You bring experience in the management of condominium ownership
- With your pragmatic thinking, you independently find solutions
- You are proficient in confident German, both spoken and written
- You are used to working independently and see yourself as a team player
- You are familiar with common Office applications
