We are looking for a personality as

Property Management Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You manage a portfolio of residential properties, condominium ownership and rental properties
• You are the contact person for condominium owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretaking
• You prepare incoming repair orders
• You open new rental contracts as well as mutations in our system
• You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements

Your profile

• You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training in the real estate sector
• You bring experience in the management of condominium ownership
• With your pragmatic thinking, you independently find solutions
• You are proficient in confident German, both spoken and written
• You are used to working independently and see yourself as a team player
• You are familiar with common Office applications
