The following challenges await you:
Main tasks:
Efficient planning and organisation of all routes in the depot area
  • Monitoring and controlling the timely delivery and collection of all parcels
  • Monitoring resource deployment in the depot
  • Ensuring performance standards using reports on quality and productivity indicators and initiating measures in case of deviations
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master data
  • Advising customers and handling customer complaints
Secondary tasks:
Supporting the Depot Manager


What you bring with you:
Experience:
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in express, parcel, and mail services or logistics is an advantage
IT skills
  • Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Internet
Language skills:
  • Regional national language and German (at least level B1) / any other relevant language is an advantage
