What we expect from our teachers:

Native French speaker or language level at least C1.
German skills are an advantage.
SVEB training or completed studies in German as a foreign language (FIDE SBU certificate is an advantage).
Teaching experience with adults.
Customized lesson design without using conventional course materials.
Effective lesson planning.
Promote student-centered approaches.
Conduct needs analyses.
Monitor student attendance.
Monitor student progress.
Maintain good communication with the office.
Experience in online teaching; knowledge of online tools is an advantage.
