WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT
During your District Manager Trainee Programme, you will independently manage a store for 1 to 1.5 years while being trained theoretically and practically to take on a District Manager role in the future. As a District Manager, you will then be responsible for a district with a certain number of store managers.
