WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT

During your District Manager Trainee Programme, you will independently manage a store for 1 to 1.5 years while being trained theoretically and practically to take on a District Manager role in the future. As a District Manager, you will then be responsible for a district with a certain number of store managers.

• You demonstrate good results in achieving excellent sales results with your team
• You ensure a good track record when it comes to leading, developing, and nurturing great talent within a team
• You make independent decisions in a very busy and dynamic environment
• You are ready to take on various national projects to ensure the company’s success
• You are willing to participate in various national and international (English) training sessions
• You want to develop yourself and show the ambition and drive to build a career
• You are responsible for spreading our JYSK values and leadership
• You are a role model and naturally take the lead in a rapidly changing environment
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You have already gained several years of leadership experience in retail (or a similar industry)
