• Ensuring professional, legally compliant and efficient easement and contract management in the Networks business area
• You independently prepare and develop relevant basics for the creation of easement contracts including plan documents
• You coordinate and accompany notarisation processes in close cooperation with notaries, landowners, municipalities and authorities
• In doing so, you ensure that easement contracts are renewed on time and managed professionally
• You always keep an eye on appointments, deadlines and contractual obligations and initiate the necessary measures
• Together with land valuation experts, you negotiate and coordinate compensations and ensure smooth processing
• You are responsible for the complete, structured and audit-proof documentation of all contracts in the relevant systems
• You ensure high data quality in the contract management system and in SAP PM with a careful and forward-looking working method
• You independently create evaluations, analyses and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders in a target group-oriented manner
• In collaboration with project managers, specialist departments as well as external partners and authorities, you actively contribute your expertise
• Support of legal acquisition to secure locations for transformer stations and cable cabinets

• Successfully completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in contract management, real estate or public administration
• You have already gained experience in the environment of infrastructure, energy or construction projects
• Knowledge of land registry, property law or in the area of easements is an advantage
• You are interested in technical contexts and enjoy working with plans and maps
• You are confident in using MS Office and document management systems; SAP PM knowledge is a plus
• You analyse contracts and legal contexts in a structured way and prepare them understandably
• An independent, precise and responsible way of working characterises you as well as your high quality standards
• With your negotiation skills and confident manner, you convince internal and external stakeholders
• Communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are among your strengths
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
