About the job
Embreier offers a structured enrichment program on Wednesdays for children aged 4 to 9, delivered on-site at our employer partners in Lausanne. We are recruiting educators to accompany small groups (6–8 children) in our weekly rhythm.
This is developmental work. Children build self-regulation, concentration, and autonomy through a consistent structure. You will be assigned to a site and a group for the duration of your engagement.
On Wednesdays
- 12:00–13:30 Arrival, meal together, tidying up
- 13:30–15:00 Homework or Free Workshop
- 15:00–16:30 Snack, preparation, transition
- 16:30–18:00 L'Arc: movement, calm, creative work, group closure
Profile sought
- Fluency in French and English · Comfortable leading group movement activities · Experience with children aged 4 to 9 in a group setting · Ability to guide through observation and framework, without over-verbalization · Based in Lausanne or easy commute
Compensation and conditions
- CHF 30.–/h during the 36-hour training period
- CHF 35.–/h from autonomous facilitation (months 2–6)
- CHF 40.–/h after 6 months of confirmed employment
- 6 hours every Wednesday · Swiss part-time employment contract · Criminal record extract required
