Customer Care Agent MRE (m/f/d)

TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised equipment. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "doers" on construction sites and at events. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent MRE to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Advising customers by telephone and in writing and acquiring new contacts
• Processing incoming leads
• Preparing offers and conducting negotiations
• Solution-oriented complaint handling and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation with scheduling, internal sales and operations
• Coordination of matters relating to materials, transport and order processing

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training or technical commercial clerk
• German as mother tongue as well as very good oral and written communication skills
• Very good knowledge of French; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in customer service
• Proficient use of ERP systems (data maintenance and updating)
• Willingness to build up sound product and specialist knowledge
• Ability to recognise deviations early and clarify with interfaces
• Independent, well-organised and reliable working style
