Imagine, secure and advance the future locations of Migros Vaud
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Real Estate Manager, you will manage several projects for the establishment, relocation or development of stores. You analyse the potential of land, buildings or existing projects and assess their feasibility from real estate, technical, regulatory and economic perspectives. You undertake the necessary steps to advance the files to maturity, notably with owners, developers, municipalities and authorities. You contribute to prospecting new opportunities, lead negotiations and coordinate internal specialists to develop solid profitability analyses. A true conductor, you present projects to the real estate committee and support their development until their handover to the implementation teams. The role is thus part of a logic of managing real estate opportunities, from the initial idea to their implementation.
Your profile
You have proven experience in the development or assembly of real estate projects and are able to quickly assess the potential of a site, its constraints as well as its possibilities for transformation or construction. Your technical background allows you to take into account the economic, regulatory and operational dimensions of a project. Comfortable in negotiation, you know how to communicate with various stakeholders and defend your recommendations with clarity and pragmatism. Experience in retail or commercial real estate is an asset, as is a good knowledge of the canton of Vaud and its actors. Humble, agile and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate collaborative environments and know how to adapt your approach. You hold a higher education degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, urban planning or any other equivalent qualification.
