Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Role:
Our client is an established Swiss company in the real estate and logistics sector with many years of experience in managing and developing diverse properties. The focus is on the professional management of modern commercial and logistics properties as well as the sustainable development of the real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the complete accounting for real estate as well as other companies and are also responsible for subsidiary ledgers, assets, and a separate foundation.
For a smooth financial process, you take on payment transactions, payroll runs, daily allowance accounting, salary certificates, as well as debtor and rent collection.
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including accruals, bad debt provisions, and account reconciliations and support the audit.
Asset activations, depreciation runs, VAT and withholding tax as well as the calculation of property-specific VAT rates are also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting or hold a comparable qualification.
Your several years of experience include independently managing accounting up to the annual financial statement.
You work confidently with Abacus, Garaio REM and MS Office/Excel and are familiar with digital invoice and document workflows.
You have a strong understanding of VAT, payroll and social security accounting, balance sheet preparation, and account reconciliations.
German written and spoken fluently.
