Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the automotive sector, for example as a retail specialist, automotive spare parts salesperson, automotive specialist, mechatronics technician or equivalent.
- You speak fluent French and German.
- Experience in sales or sales processing.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in team supervision.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics) and office software, as well as general IT knowledge.
- You stand out through a strong customer service orientation.
- You communicate openly, clearly and constructively.
- High initiative, solution-oriented and team spirit.
Your role:
- Welcoming and advising customers in French and German.
- Independently handling complaints and returns.
- Processing customer orders by phone and in writing.
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to our wide product range.
- Managing simple customer accounting.
- Ensuring replacement of the Branch Manager in their absence.
