What you will do
In this responsible leadership role, you ensure the safety of personnel and equipment as well as the high availability of all electrical installations and systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Qualified manager according to NIV
- Person responsible for the entire electrical infrastructure
- Technical and personnel management of electrical maintenance
- Responsibility for corrective maintenance as well as preventive maintenance and metrology
- Preparation and monitoring of the budget in coordination with the technical manager
- Planning, coordination and control of maintenance activities
- Conducting technical analyses and developing sustainable solution concepts
- Management of projects and investment measures
- Further development of systems, processes and standards
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and safety regulations
- Promotion of safety culture as well as support of audits and certifications
- Participation in on-call duty (approx. every eight weeks)
What you bring
You have a solid technical education as well as leadership experience in an industrial environment. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Degree as certified electrical installation and safety expert, certified technician HF electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Expertise according to NIV
- Several years of experience in maintenance or operation of industrial plants
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong cost and responsibility awareness
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High decision-making ability, assertiveness and social competence
- German or French as mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B1)
