Your Tasks
- You are responsible for reliably planning, organising, and preparing consultations.
- You are the contact person at reception and on the phone for our patients and their relatives as well as for internal and external offices.
- Writing and processing medical reports as well as billing via IBI-Care and other administrative tasks such as handling the mail are part of your daily routine.
- You maintain cooperative collaboration within the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Performing prick tests, blood draws, breath tests, and injections.
- In the absence of team colleagues, you take on deputy tasks.
Your Profile
- You have training as a medical practice assistant, ideally with further training as a medical secretary.
- You have good German and IT skills, and English spoken and written is an advantage.
- You possess a quick grasp, are loyal and reliable.
- Your strengths include organising and planning as well as precise and efficient working methods.
