To strengthen our team in Dietikon (ZH), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and responsible individual as

Clerk in Dispatch 80 - 100% (fixed-term 6 months)

Your tasks

• In this exciting role, you will support our dispatch in the operational day-to-day business.
• You will look after our driver-assemblers and maintain regular contact with our clients.
• You will receive orders by telephone and in writing and handle enquiries and complaints.
• You will independently and solution-orientedly process deviations and damage cases.
• You will create and coordinate loading lists as part of your varied range of tasks.

Our requirements

• You have experience in clerical work and very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to step in on Saturdays if required.
• You enjoy teamwork and convince with your high social competence, fairness, and reliability.
• You are an open, conscientious personality and appreciate a lively and varied working day.
