The Extinguishing Water Department promotes zone-appropriate supply for firefighting. It supports the creation and renewal of systems and facilities with contributions to ensure an adequate extinguishing water supply for firefighting.

Your tasks
- Administrative and organizational support of the Extinguishing Water Department
- Collaboration in the contribution system (fire protection fund and federal contributions)
- Assistance in updating the digital water supply atlas (GIS-supported)
- Support in reviewing project and construction invoices
- IT-supported archiving and digitization of project documents
- Maintenance and updating of data and statistical information
- Support with reports, evaluations, and conceptual work
Your profile
- You are studying engineering at a university or university of applied sciences
- Interest in infrastructure, water, or administrative tasks in the public sector
- Very good written expression in German
- Analytical, structured, and reliable working style
- Team player, independent, and open to new topics
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems (e.g., DMS, GIS)
