Rheinfelden is our origin. Since 1989, sophisticated projects around high-tech buildings and infrastructures have been developed here. Today, around 35 employees work here, supported by two department heads and three team leaders.

For the next phase of development, we are looking for a leader who will guide our successful site into the future together with the existing management team and further expand our competencies and teams. With the planned new building and the opportunities in the Northwestern Switzerland region, we are facing an exciting time.

Who we are

Willers is a Swiss family business and engineering partner for high-tech buildings and infrastructures – with around 120 employees at five locations in Switzerland, Germany and Poland. We stand for excellent building technology – from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical systems to building automation and digital building – as well as overall management of demanding construction projects with a high technical component.

Our focus areas are life sciences, data centres, healthcare, workspace and energy centres.

Your role

You take overall responsibility for the Rheinfelden site and continuously develop it together with your management team.

In particular, you are responsible for:

People: You lead and develop the existing management team, specifically expand competencies and teams, and create an environment where employees take responsibility, learn from each other and can realise their potential.

Market: You maintain existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and strengthen our market position in the region.

Projects: Together with the responsible managers, you ensure the successful implementation of demanding projects.

Results: You bear the entrepreneurial responsibility for the economic development of the site.

Collaboration: You promote exchange with our other locations and utilise synergies within Willers.

As a member of our Leadership Team, you work closely with the CEO and executive management and actively shape the further development of Willers.

What you bring

You are an experienced leader combining technical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in developing people.

Ideally, you bring:

• A successfully completed engineering degree (FH or university) as well as further training in leadership or management
• Several years of experience in leading employees and teams
• Experience in the successful implementation of demanding construction projects and a good understanding of complex building technology projects
• Enjoyment of customer contact, business development and entrepreneurial responsibility
• A clear, binding and appreciative leadership style
• The ability to win people over to common goals, provide orientation and at the same time promote personal responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills or willingness to improve them
