Your area of responsibility
- You support advisors in the "Key Accounts & Broker Consulting" team in creating pension solutions for the 2nd pillar (BVG, pension fund)
- You prepare offers for new business as well as contract changes and, if necessary, handle the associated correspondence with brokers
- You coordinate the offer requests with internal departments such as actuarial, product management, underwriting, etc., and conduct tests in the corresponding offer system
- You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and valid processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing workflows
- You provide support as needed in telephone and written contact with brokers and clients
- You additionally support the team with reporting, testing, hospitality/event invitations, and organization
Your strengths
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the insurance industry or have experience in the BVG business (e.g., customer service, service center, consulting)
- Your pronounced service orientation and communication skills set you apart
- You are eager to learn and open to new challenges
- Your work style is characterized by a high sense of duty, reliability, and precision
- You are a team player and want to make a valuable contribution to achieving goals in a significant team and are ambitious
- Additionally, you bring good BVG knowledge as well as good German language skills (spoken and written), and other languages are an advantage
