Your main tasks:

- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
- Preparing and registering DHL, FedEx, UPS packages, etc.
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing internal mail
- Managing outgoing mail
- Checking invoices
- Managing orders in the P2P system (Oracle)
- Managing printer consumables
- Various printing and binding tasks
- Support with archiving
- Creating various reports

Your profile:

- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in a similar role desired
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
- High quality awareness and absolute discretion
- Strong customer and service orientation and high flexibility
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
