For our site in Visp, we are looking for several Logistics Specialists for the Shipping & Cold Chain area.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out shipping activities as well as processing direct deliveries
• Coordination & execution of temperature-controlled transports
• Use of validated packaging systems as well as monitoring temperature data (loggers, monitoring)
• Documentation of all temperature and shipping data according to regulatory requirements.
• Analysis and continuous improvement of shipping processes.
• Inventory control and data maintenance in the ERP system as well as conducting inventories.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and compliance requirements throughout the logistics area.

Your profile:

• Completed logistics training (preferably logistics specialist or CPT) with a federal certificate of competence
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in pharmaceutical logistics or a GMP-regulated environment
• Sound knowledge of GDP/GMP, dangerous goods shipping (IATA, ADR) and cold chain handling
• Practical experience with SAP EWM / WM / MM
• Analytical skills for process optimisation and data analysis
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent, resilience and reliability
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Forklift licence and experience with industrial trucks
