CNC Maintenance Technician 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Carrying out regular maintenance work on machines, equipment and systems to ensure their proper functioning and to minimise downtime
• Independent analysis and rectification of faults (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
• Ensuring high machine availability and minimising standstills
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance
• Supporting the continuous improvement of system performance (OEE, quality, stability)
• Documentation of faults, causes and measures taken
• Close cooperation with production and internal specialist departments
• Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for early detection and avoidance of potential problems
• Compliance with and implementation of all relevant safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance work to prevent accidents and injuries
• Supporting the team in ensuring and monitoring technical and infrastructural building management
• Implementation of projects to improve maintenance processes and increase efficiency
• Introduction and management of maintenance and servicing software as well as training the team in the use of new systems

Your qualifications

• Completed technical training, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanics or mechatronics
• NIV 15 connection permit
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of CNC machines (ideally milling machines)
• Sound knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and pneumatics
• Experience in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Good German skills, English and French advantageous
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills and effective communication abilities
