Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the professional care of inpatient and outpatient trauma surgery patients
- Implementation and further development of the operative and conservative trauma surgery treatment spectrum
- Implementation and further development of specialised consultation hours
- Participation in trauma surgery on-call duties
- Taking on organisational tasks within the clinic
- Supervision, training and further education of assistant doctors and medical students
- Active involvement in the further development of the clinic and medical care structures
Your Profile
- Specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery
- Additional qualification in specialised trauma surgery desirable or interest in completing this with us
- Sound clinical and surgical experience in trauma surgery
- Strong communication skills in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues
- High social and organisational competence as well as team spirit, flexibility and resilience
- High degree of responsibility and quality awareness
- Interest in the training and promotion of junior doctors
