Your Tasks

You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents.
You act supportively and take over the daily responsibility in the nursing department of 23 residents on a rotating basis.
You ensure an optimal operational process and the nursing process in everyday life.
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures.
You keep the nursing documentation complete and independently.
You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
You accompany students/trainees according to the training mandate.

What You Bring

A completed vocational training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF.
You have completed the trainer course or want to complete it.
Experience in long-term care or in the home care sector and have RAI knowledge.
Enjoy working with elderly people and commitment to the diverse tasks.
You work independently and can organize yourself well.
You think and act economically and are a team player.
