Cook / Assistant Cook Self-Service Restaurant Fräkmüntegg in season 80-100% (f/m/d)
You are a dynamic personality and enjoy making our guests' mountain experience a culinary highlight? For our self-service restaurant on Fräkmüntegg, we are looking for a cook with hosting qualities immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Managing the kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place as well as serving food to guests
- Preparing daily and banquet menus as well as culinary special offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hut, etc.)
- Assisting with orders and stock control for the self-service restaurant
- Co-responsible for hygiene according to HACCP
- Mostly day shifts without room duties
What sets you apart
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), professional experience in various kitchen stations is an advantage
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Very good German skills as well as good spoken English skills
- Creativity in co-designing the menu offerings
